you to feel completely comfortable when ordering on our site. Security is a priority.
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to protect your information. (This protects your
information from being intercepted & encrypts credit card numbers) If you are not

PRIVACY: We do not collect or share your personal information. This is used
only to process your order.
SHIPPING: As each piece is entirely handcrafted with your chosen design, please
allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. This is an average and we aim to deliver your items as
soon as possible. If we have a finished piece in your chosen design, it will be shipped
2-3 days after the order is received. If your order is time sensitive (birthday,
anniversary, etc.) please note in the comments section. Your credit card will not be
charged until the day of shipping.
All packages are shipped UPS-Ground. An estimated shipping charge is
available at the time of check out. Shipping charges are determined by package
size, weight, and destination. The actual charge is computed after your order is
packed. We do not charge packing or handling fees. We will send you an e-mail
when your order is shipped.
